Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum

The Keeping Safe: Child Protection Curriculum (KS:CPC) teaches children and young people (age 3 to year 12) to recognise abuse, tell a trusted adult, understand what is appropriate and inappropriate touching and ways to keep themselves safe.

Staff that deliver the KS:CPC must be trained.

This portal provides:

  • KS:CPC Update course – Refresher training for educators that have completed the full day face-to-face training.
Once logged in, click on the ‘My Training’  tab to commence the course.

  • KS:CPC Resources – Year level documents, support materials and resources.
Once logged in, click on the ‘Resources’ tab.

This is a restricted site available only to staff who have completed or are enrolled in KS:CPC training and are currently employed at one of the following organisations:

  • South Australia: Department for Education, CESA, AISSA, Goodstart ELC, CCCSA, University pre-service teachers, FLO case managers
